One of the biggest obstructions to female empowerment is the fear, often legitimate, that if a woman speaks her mind she will be ridiculed. And not just by men! The only solution is to speak it anyway and to learn not to care.

Women as a generalization are more aware of their emotions - cyclical hormones truly have an influence.

I tried not to care but it doesn't help. gaslighting, stares, insults they all wear you down.
All for female empowerment, but what we're getting is same shit in a dress. My fav is a female branded Twitter MD whose dedicated only to capturing are large slice of the money pie while doing nothing to fix the financing of h'care.
