What is it called when the money taken by force under the guise of taxation is spent to imprison non-violent people, bomb civilians, women and children in poor countries, or simply given to big banks? Is that theft?

Like I said, theft. Taking someone's property without permission or under duress is stealing, no matter what you call it.
