Biden keeps saying he wants to be president for all Americans, but his corporatist cabinet picks show he will be president for Wall Street and Americans who are comfortable with the status quo. We need revolutionary change and instead we got “nothing will fundamentally change.”

So then the strategy is to criticize everything they do even before they’ve done it? What I want from a Treasury Secretary is immediate economic relief for tens of millions of people! Her words were “There is a huge amount of suffering out there. The economy needs the spending.”

She sort of is but we could do worse. she's better than the alternatives. Fowler, the most progressive treasury sec we had in a century, worked for goldman sachs. In other words the bar is low for "progressive" when it comes to Treasury.
