Of course, Trump did that by supercharging the economy (low taxes) while strengthening our borders鈥攔esulting in HISTORIC lows in unemployment (incl for Hispanic and Black Americans) & rising wages for lower and middle class families. All that as of Feb 2020鈥搘hen Covid hit.
