Biden has an opportunity to erase his austerity legacy that has left a generation in great debt. Instead of cozying up to Neo Cons, he should use the bulldozing precedent of Executive Orders normalized by Trump for the Greater Good. That means UBI until we are out of this mess.

Ffs, he鈥檚 not going anywhere near fdr; maybe full on Reagan. The establishment is not letting anything get in the way of the oligarchy. That鈥檚 why they ambushed Bernie twice.

He won鈥檛 do it. He doesn鈥檛 have the political courage.

He had over 100 billionaires contribute to his campaign. He had the assistance of the corporate-owned media to beat Bernie in the primaries. He will not do anything progressive in his presidency. He's already told the oligarchs that there will be no fundamental change under him.

Yes ... the opportunity is there ... but if we really want it to happen ... we will need to push him ... extreemly hard!

Apparently you did not pay much attention to #JoeBiden's campaign strategy and rhetoric. Once he secured the nomination he pivoted dead center, appealing to moderate, middle class white voters from both the right and the left. His will be a status quo administration.

note that the only reason FDR went full FDR was an absolutely staggering amount of inbound revolt and people gearing up to consider tearing the country the fuck apart. there was a genuine risk of populist revolt overthrowing the government

If you looked at Biden's 47-year history you would know who he is. Clue: He's neither a decent nor empathic man. Plus there's the little issue of compulsive lying.
