You are right. They may have been youngsters looking to find their identity. They may have made mistakes. But cops have to determine if their call to respond is worth the devastation of a death. But I don't envy cops in this era of hatred.

I agree ... So what if it was a stolen car! ... By law ... If you steal a car do you get a death sentence? ... I don't think so ... if not ... then why would the Police shoot at someone for stealing a car ... It's stupid ... dumb ... it doesn't make any sense!!!!!
