When the story of this era is written there will be tales of incredibly corrupt people in high places. But also of many heroes who fought for & protected our democracy. Many of them are election officials in this race, including Republicans, who insisted on doing the right thing.

History isn’t a “look on the bright side”science. It will dig out the roots of our failures in a way we are unwilling or unable to do. We will likely be compared to Rome, 1930’s Germany,and other empires or people who let tyranny reign because its profitable or within old rules

never had much democracy in this country but whatever is being protected now won’t be for long. 1/2 the population is convinced there shouldn’t be elections & rigging em is totally fine bc they believe trump or some rich asshole is “saving the country”from some other rich asshole
