So we have an opinion, as you did, but your poor argument is “jury decides” - but don’t you just say he’s a murderer...you’re the courts now... facts don’t care about your feelings

Yes, but... Oxford : Murderer : "a person who has killed someone deliberately and illegally" Merriam Webster: Murder -> "the crime of unlawfully killing a person especially with malice aforethought" He killed those people, but let the jury decide if it was murder.
