And the criteria have to do with his rights in specific situations — fleeing one pursuer, or, having fallen, facing an extremely high likelihood of being assaulted by more than a dozen men. Even then he mostly held his fire. But you’re right. “Heroism” has nothing to do with it.

Ppl charged with a crime are constitutionally presumed innocent before conviction.
Yet you call him a murderer... you can't have it both ways.
So if he called himself a "murderer", why would a jury need to decide if it was self defense?

Dint get caught up in this debate Marianne there is no winning against people who are so list that they have se hate as a sport. It’s as old a behavior as man himself. ✌️❤️
any sane review of the video evidence from that night makes it clear it was 100% self defense. silver lining is he ventilated a convicted child molester and a wife beater
