The guy aiming the gun is a convicted felon. My colleague went to school with him. It was illegal for him to have the firearm. If your definition of a "good guy" with a gun, is someone that goes after a kid who is ON THE GRUOND, and aims an illegal gun at him.. ok. Good luck.
That’s a slap on the wrist

WI is an open carry state. His age might or might not render him guilty on a weapons charge. The state must prove murder, which means overcoming self-defense. He had a crowd closing in on him while he was flat on his back. A few carried clubs. One kicked him, another struck him.

Maybe to you, but if a kid's open carrying, having people shooting at him while other unarmed ones are coming at him is probably not the best idea. The idiots doing so are darwin awards candidates.

The first victim was chasing him and hit him. The other 2 victims bashed his head with a skateboard and the other was armed and attacked him while he was on the ground. You really have to be an idiot to reframe this to any other way.

The other two are a little less black and white. The second dude seemed like a piece of shit, but not as bad as the instigator. The third dude seemed like he was just stupid. Neither of them should have tried to play hero cause they entirely failed. Joseph though, deserved it.
