Pentagon budget is roughly $780B; some argue it’s actually more. That’s hundreds of billions of $ more than military leaders even say they need. If we cut it 20% to make every public school in America a palace of learning, culture & the arts, our future would be far more secure.

Agreed. Along with medicare for all, and ubi. Literally just reduce military spending 50% and tax the rich, and use all of that money to help everyone.

Don't forget about all us disabled vets who are fighting the VA for our benefits and care. There is alot of post war problems this country doesn't take care of.
