Michelle Obama wrote a book of deep authenticity and clear compassion for the human condition, her elevation to the halls of power not seeming to have infused her consciousness with the arrogance of the elite nor the smugness of self-delusion. Her husband wrote a book as well.

She didn’t go out of her way to befriend him, he was the president before her husband, she had to deal with him..........................................................................................................................................................

Well, I guess you know then…
I’m not a fan of Bush, but I’m sure that there’s something good about him, if I had to work beside him I probably wouldn’t shoot him in the face, I’d probably be kind. I don’t think he was there that day though. Charles Manson had some good qualities, I have empathy for him..
We’re all different, I think everybody deserves kindness. I don’t have to promote what somebody does that’s wrong to treat that person with kindness. I personally think that all hideous people have been hurt badly in their lives. We are differently, yours isn’t the only opinion.
No, I wasn’t really identifying that as totalitarianism, but my comment wasn’t about the criminal anyway, it was about the woman. The woman is a wonderful person.
Like I said, I think she’s just polite and empathetic like that. Can see the good in people when she has to.
I like Michelle Obama, I think she’s awesome.
Wonderful women in history have done all kinds of things that have been questioned.
She showed a man kindness. This doesn’t make her a demon...
