Poverty is treated by our govt like it’s an inconvenience, a charitable cause rather than the dark underbelly of systemic economic injustice. The champions of the poor are viewed as ragamuffins who need to learn to behave, radicals too immature to understand how the system works.

Thank goodness you didn’t get to run for the election. You profess to be spiritual but now you have moved to the dark side ....You have lost so many followers and all credibility.

The fact that @BernieSanders made an enemy of both the GOP and the DNC by simply fighting for the poor & middle class, tells you everything about our corporate owned political system

Many think the poor like being poor ... and still others get angry if they think their tax dollars are supporting anyone else but themselves ... is ... "Being Selfish"... becoming an American trait?

What is the most shocking to hear is, that there is real hunger in US. That was not supposed to happen in richest country in the world. People line up in their cars and wait for food. It is hard to believe and a crying matter! The world is watching and wondering what is going on?
