Indeed they do. The Trump administration has been pretty clear about it. They couldn't care less about the mental health of foreign people with brown skin. Besides, they wouldn't spend the $$ unless they could grift it into their own pockets somehow.

Honestly one of the reasons I voted for Biden was because of the horrors going on at the border. The cruelty makes me sick. I have 3 daughters and I really can't imagine being separated from them knowing they need me. The thought is too painful.
