1/ I don’t understand how establishment Democrats can fail to realize how much appreciation and loyalty would be created by 45 million people having their college loan debts canceled.

2/ Then imagine those same people being told that because we passed Medicare4All, they will no longer have out-of-pocket healthcare expenses.

3/ Then imagine people being told that they don’t have to worry about sending their kids to college anymore because there will be free tuition at state colleges and universities, plus free tuition at the best trade schools.

4/ Do you think they would reject you, or do you think they would vote for you? Time and bandwidth now to spend with their families, an absence of chronic economic despair, and the space to live the lives they most want to live. How can it be bad politics to treat people well?

Is there a way we can forgive student debt and simultaneously fuck the educational institutions that fucked their students? Otherwise, it seems like a wealth transfer from tax payers to overpriced educational institutions. I'm sure I'm missing something, so be kind.

If you do not "understand" then you are not awake as you claim! Its the lobby from the big banks that help the establishment of democrats in the election campaign! Its a pure criminal corrupted system with legal bribery called "lobby"
Just like a politician to do something to get support for themselves and their own power and privilege instead of because its the right thing to do.
