If Biden comes in with any less boldness than FDR, with any fewer plans to ameliorate the suffering of millions than is displayed by someone with 100% capacity to empathize with that suffering and on fire with intention to diminish it, then the Republicans will win big in 2022/24

It's more to do with Harris, the establishment's choice. Joe was her wristband. When Kamala failed in the primary, she needed someone to get her into the show. Joe was chosen. Now that she's in as VP, Joe isn't needed.
