Why doesn’t anyone in Congress care? Our government is funded by taxpayer dollars. They should not be getting paid to not do their job.

Start with their real parents. The ones who are truly responsible for these kids being in the place they are. Society is not responsible for all ills nor all cures. A good life must start at home, wherever that is.
