My Trump supporting friend told me “we’re not going to just take this lying down,” they’ll “resist” the progressive new president. I asked her what it is about Biden she thinks is progressive & whether maybe she wants to see what he does she would want to resist before resisting?

You have a Trump supporting “friend”? I don’t consider any Trump supporters friends. What we need is for red America and blue America to get an amicable divorce. With two separate countries, nobody would need to resist anything. Life wouldn’t be a constant fight anymore.

Anyone is better than Trump. Your friend is being influenced by bad actors. Biden's Covid response team alone is going to be a huge improvement.

Yeah, it's ridiculous they call Biden/Harris progressive or socialist or left. We just voted for them because they were the only option to get a fascist out of our White House. Having said that, I would rather negotiate with Biden than with Trump. Hoping Biden/Harris will do good
