Read the Constitution! State judges dont have authority to change Election Law & last I checked, Article II, Sec I was ratified in 1787 so the "make up of the Supreme Court recently" wud have no bearing. Even RBG wudnt disturb the undisturbed: "stare decisis et non quieta movere"
