Facebook isn't pushing anything, lol. It's a social media platform and people are posting what they want to post. Their policy sounds basically the same as Twitter's, he just doesn't care about that because FB's userbase is older and more conservative.

A private business can regulate speech however they want to. People don't have a constitutional right to be on it, much less foment violence on it. Zuckerberg could outlaw the word 'Orange ' on his platform and people would either have to agree to the terms or opt out.
