Exactly! Too often if a man says it it’s heard one way, if a woman says it it’s heard another way. We won’t be able to move forward as a society until the deeper levels of unconscious misogeny are routed out of our consciousness.

The problem is people don’t realize it’s unconscious. They think “well I don’t hate women, so all is good”. We need to find a way to drive conversation to these sorts of points. Not just with gender but race and orientation as well.

Marianne, women have to contend with the laws of nature. The weaker force succumbs to the stronger force in nature which seems to favor men's domination. I've never heard a good argument that includes that fact. Despite the many benefits of equality, what's the logical argument?
