2/ When R’s say something and people don’t like it, they just say it again...louder. If D’s say something & people don’t like it, they tend to try to change the language to make it more palatable. Not good strategy. Conviction behind an idea is what ultimately makes it popular.

I’m for all of this but step one is tightening loopholes and taxing the super rich appropriately. Otherwise this feels like nothing more than a pipe dream. We need to be talking honestly and openly more about how tax cuts have ultimately hurt our nation and divided us further.
