1/ Diff between transactional & visionary politics is: transactional puts emphasis on the horse race any given day. Visionary politics stands on principles regardless of any one day’s popularity. Medicare4All, Green New Deal, cancellation of college loan debt; say it loud & proud

2/ When R’s say something and people don’t like it, they just say it again...louder. If D’s say something & people don’t like it, they tend to try to change the language to make it more palatable. Not good strategy. Conviction behind an idea is what ultimately makes it popular.

Another difference is it’s hard to do anything “visionary” without having the Senate too.

I hope for a future where human consciousness changes so there's increased energy directed toward progress and equality for all, without treating those who oppose progress as less than human. I'm inspired by John Lewis thoughts and actions, reading his book, "Across that Bridge".

Broadband Extension/Affordability would be wonderful too. I understand that the Transit Expansion for Amtrak looks great but when I traveled on Amtrak in in from California to Texas, it has no internet on the train and it was weird in this century that it didn't have it.

M4A and green new deal is unconstitutional. I'm mixed on the loan debt, so long as we have a fiat money.
