Ha! Having lived through that time, I don’t totally disagree with you. It’s not an accident that psychedelics are making a comeback. That, or the enlightenment experience that amounts to their equivalent.

Brunch liberals now set to go back to sleep. They set the alarm to wake them in time for the next election. We are already having trouble organizing "the base" around the tasks at hand. Per DNC plans, I'm sure.

We'd do well if we did act like children. Children are far less corrupted by anti-human memes, though they, too, aren't unexposed, and even 5 year olds can start to pay more attention to competing for points than to being creative and curious.
