People are saying Biden won by having a moderate message, so progressives need to be very careful. But there is no evidence Biden won by having a moderate message. Based on Congressional races results, there’s just as good a chance he would’ve won by a bigger margin being bolder.

45 million voters hold college loan debt that’s crippling them. How would it have been bad politics to tell them that if you elect us we’ll cancel those debts? Especially since a good argument is made for how much it would stimulate the economy for the money to be in their hands!

IMHO it's at least more interesting to dissect arguments for and against individual policy proposals.. e.g. I would like to know on what basis do Republicans reject precautionary measures to ensure quality of life, a livable planet, & social harmony for their children. #GND #BLM

Joe Biden is a Jerry Mahoney doll. He has no message. He says what his corporate donors want him to say. Most of us will be left with still nothing.

The mistake was naively capitulating to the corrupt Democratic Party - which has no interest in Progressives other than FILTERING OUT our voices.

George Lakoff's work on "strict father" and "nurturant parent" morality suggests that Biden won by having a message of empathy. Strongly recommend the following 20min podcast on the topic: youtube.com/yBglQugobBI

People like aspirational campaigns. We like thinking that tomorrow will be brighter than today. Even St Reagan was great at inspiring his base to vote for him.

Let's get the answers to this. Quantitatively and qualitatively so we have some data to move forward with a stronger mandate.

Harris was a liability with Black males, and their centrist position left the most progressive youth sitting on their hands once again

Biden ran toward his party’s progressive base with bold proposals on climate, student debt, healthcare, immigration, and true public safety.
