People are saying Biden won by having a moderate message, so progressives need to be very careful. But there is no evidence Biden won by having a moderate message. Based on Congressional races results, there’s just as good a chance he would’ve won by a bigger margin being bolder.

45 million voters hold college loan debt that’s crippling them. How would it have been bad politics to tell them that if you elect us we’ll cancel those debts? Especially since a good argument is made for how much it would stimulate the economy for the money to be in their hands!

He won because he wasn't Trump. Not because people want his "moderate" (aka Republican) policies, they don't.

He turned what ought to have been a landslide into a closely run thing, by having a moderate message.

Biden cheated. He didn't "win." He was "awarded" the position. That's how they get to set their narratives. He promised nothing to progressives.

You can't use congressional races as an indicator for a national race. Districts are very distinct in their political appetites. The data will show that a statistically significant number of Republicans crossed over & voted for Biden-Harris but then split their ticket 4 locals.

All the senators that were handpicked by the DNC and Chuck's Schumer lost. They ran on Donald Trump was bad with minimal policy! All the representatives that were Progressive with an existing policy one the house members that ran on Trump is bad lost nuff said!

how easily they forget that berie won wisconson, michigan, and many of the critical swing areas of PA, some of which did -not- swing back to the left for biden (reading, lacaster and york), also winning and almost winning the 2 that did (erie and the lehigh valley)

I completely agree. There is absolutely no way to know whether or not someone more progressive would've won. I think it's a ridiculous claim. The progressive wing of the party is the future and Democrats should treat them as such.
