I never had a doubt the American dream was alive & well. A highly intelligent woman of East Indian & Jamaican heritage became the first woman Vice President of these United States. I raise my glass to cheer President Joe Biden & Vice President Kamala Harris. #sweetladyliberty

Until the formal voting by the members of the Electoral College takes place in mid-December it's not over Marianne, and this is a most important time. You're familiar with atrocious court decisions in this country I presume. The storyline can not be narrated by the Trumpers.

I went to the grocery store this evening. The cashier was a young black woman and asked how I was doing. I said I feel like a weight has been lifted off of me. She said "I have a two year old daughter and I'm so happy that she will see Kamala in this office". ❤️
