How is anyone hopeful. This is Joe Biden, better than Trump but he is not the one to save us from climate catastrophe. He will defend fracking with his dying breath. The crime bill, NAFTA, Iraq War, DAPL...all things great ol Joe has supported. Americans deserved better.

The Senate at the moment appears to be staying under McConnell, which means we all know it's gonna be a rough 4 years even if it will be calmer. So my bet is less-than-usual.
