He's talking now, saying that counting the votes is a form of fraud. We knew he was going to do this but still it's stunning to witness. And scary when you think of how many people are taking their "directions" from what he says.

Proposal for election reform: -Govt issued photo ID to register and to vote. -same day registration. -no early voting. -election day is a national holiday. -registration requires fingerprint. -mail in requires matching fingerprint. Comments?
