I wouldn't read too much into this election. It was primarily a personal anti-Trump vote by millions, who held their nose and voted for Biden.

Well, republicans attacking science and the CDC doesn’t help get Atlanta voters on their side. Same with attacking a beloved senator (McCain), even after his death. These mistakes were avoidable if Trump hadn’t been such a bully.

How do you figure? The south voted pretty much as expected. Georgia is the outlier but it's going to be by a hair if Biden pulls it off.

Its almost as if there could have been sweeping widespread electoral victories across large swaths of these regions if the Democratic Party wasn't still running lousy campaigns with milquetoast non committal centrists candidates using the 1990s Aaron Sorkin Playbook.
