That is a step in the right direction ... but I think the whole idea needs to be re-visited ... with college educated people ... who possess different skills, aims and intensions ... and ... who don't carry GUNS!

...better yet would be: halt military personnel from joining domestic police after they've been taught to demonize other humans, while killing them asap...because "I feared my life was endangered"...better yet: end our war of terror which has spread racist hatred worldwide💗🤗💗
