In America we count all the votes. Counting all the votes is not fraud. It’s democracy.

In a functioning country it wouldn't be considered weird to expect all votes, however they're cast, to be in by the time polls close on election day. Especially early/mail-in where people had all the time in the world to get them in if it was that important to them.
