Please don’t do this Marianne. This is going to hurt gig workers like me in the middle of the biggest recession of my life. I literally depend on the jobs that this will destroy if it doesn’t pass.

They would make us unionize, which means we will have scheduled hours and have to pay a Union boss. I don’t want that. Plus the companies said that if it doesn’t pass they’re going to leave the state which would mean I lose my job... I can’t afford that right now.

Gavin Newsom has kept the state locked down for excessively long and my regular job closed permanently. This is all I have and no the companies aren’t good for making such threats but thousands of people are depending on them in this time.
