People get taxed on payroll, then also on cap gains, div and interest. All things that lead to building wealth. We don’t need to tax again and penalize ppl for wanting to save and achieve wealth. Fix tax loopholes and make sure corps are paying is most important

1. It’s likely unconstitutional. 2. Extremely hard to enforce, you’d have to value everyone’s assets each year. 3. Most wealth is in non-cash assets so those assets would have to be sold to pay tax. 4. It doesn’t work. See France
