Just to be clear, “substantially understating the risk” means it kills people. But of course they’re selling it anyway....
A three-judge panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals agreed this summer and ruled the EPA had substantially understated the risks related to the use of dicamba. Yet ⁦@EPA⁩ just agreed to this poison for 5 years. news.yahoo.com/u-epa-approve…

These are the things making Americans sick with cancer and other disease. Yet, the ones making the money don’t care. The same with this pandemic. Stockholders and board members and CEO’s made billions off the death of 230,000 Americans.

"About 60% of the U.S. soybean crop was estimated to be seeded with Bayer's Xtend soybeans, according to Bayer. They need to be sprayed with "Dicamba" to ward off weeds that have developed a tolerance for another chemical, glyphosate"... They are putting profits before people!

The problem is … Drift … the spray drifts onto adjacent crops (and people?) and kills them … The EPA requires they mix dicamba with another chemical to prevent drifting … The problem of one chemical is solved with yet another chemical … Thailand's Duck solution seems better!

A rotting carp, by any other name, is the EPA.
