My parents requested their ballots at the beginning of Oct. in an attempt to do everything by mail. A return zip code error (27945 instead of 29745) on the return envelope caused a 2 week delay. Their replacement ballots had to be dropped off in-person to ensure timely delivery.

The @ACLU should file a 14th Amendment, Equal Protection case for these delays. My mom in Calif mailed her ballot 2 days ago and it’s already received per Ballot Tracker. Folks in other states have delays of weeks. Houston has 24-hr early voting, other places have none.
