We should tolerate neither the way military solutions have replaced diplomatic efforts too often in American foreign policy, nor the militarization of police forces here at home. Soul force rather than brute force should be our primary problem-solving option.

As a war time vet, I agree. I just don't know about the phrase "soul force" though for I feel a certain person in charged will be compelled to create yet another branch of service.

You cannot name one. Israel signing a peace deal with people they weren’t even at war with is not a historic peace agreement.

I would agree with that. But it was not the case in Vietnam nor was it the case in Iraq.
