There are people in this country more concerned about a Walmart being looted than about an innocent man being killed. Many of them tout the Bible, but “Thou shall not loot” is not in there. “Thou shalt not kill” sure is.

Thou shall not ask Walmart to file an insurance claim for their heavily insured inventory.

The wealth of the Walton family makes building another Walmart the equivalent of buying lunch one day but human life is priceless & can never be replaced. Plus the economic policies of places like Walmart contribute to the societal dysfunction at the root of so much of the chaos.

It's not just about the Walton family. It's about the people who will be out of work while that store is closed. It's about the people who shop there who may not have another affordable option. And it's about a man ARMED WITH A KNIFE rushing the police. He was not innocent.

This is a dumb take. People were working there. People rely on these stores for essentials. Especially now. There is no possible justification for this. None.

If property is not protected then no one will be able to build wealth.
That’s a stretch... And minimizing mobs smashing, rioting, and stealing TVs and shoes is just wrong. The “they’ve got more than I, I’ll just take what they have” is what killed Jews. And Kulaks. Moralizing this is exactly what the Bolsheviks and Nazis did.

A mother just wants to feed her kids. Looting hurts innocent, decent people like this woman. The mayors who allowed looting should be removed from office. nitter.vloup.ch/no_silenced/stat…

So the principle of not stealing isn’t important to you. Only how much you steal. Since you’re worth between $2.1-4.4 million, I’ll be swinging by to collect my new car from your garage seeing as you can easily replace it. Heck it’s probably insured so it’s just your deductible.

Yea the Walton family will be fine. And screw all the people who were employed by that Walmart. They'll be fine too right?

And yet many people will now not get paid because the Walmart they work will be closed until they can get it up and running again. You know the hourly workers who have lots of disposable income. You really have no shame.

You know full well that Walmart wasn’t the only store looted. They were many smaller businesses that were privately own that were destroyed by looters.
