There are people in this country more concerned about a Walmart being looted than about an innocent man being killed. Many of them tout the Bible, but “Thou shall not loot” is not in there. “Thou shalt not kill” sure is.

Actually, “Thou shalt not steal” is of course in there. But my point about priorities remains the same.

Two outcomes of this whole thing, Marianne: 1) Walmart and all the other stores never reopen because of the risk of this nonsense happening again; or, 2) The insurance rates skyrocket making it impossible for mom and pops in the area to reopen leaving Walmart the only option.

"Innocent men" shouldn't lunge at officers with a knife when the officers are called to the scene by their mom. They should comply.

Do you not care about people having jobs and having a store in their area? Why should corporations and small business keep stores in these areas if they are going to be repeated looted and vandalized?

So it's selective? Ok. Noted. Keep making excuses and see what happens when they visit your neighborhood. You ready to give them your house? Go ahead. I'm not. It'll be an old testament event.

Yes ... I get it ... it goes back to the value we place on Property ... vs ... a human life!

Who shall not steal? The 1%? or just the rest of us. It appears to be the only thing that makes them care. Well, apparently, they’ve taken more than their share to begin with, haven’t they? All must answer for stealing.
