When I was a child my father used to say we didn’t have to worry about anything too terrible happening because we had a reasonable Supreme Court. Now, we need to worry that no matter what wonderful thing we make happen the Supreme Court might try to smack it down.

You must be a disappointment to your father for supporting the evils of this world. youtube.com/HGN99w_FkWo

Any laws written ... need to be written so they are "Supreme Court" proof ... because anything passed by a democratic Congress and signed by a democratic President ... WILL BE CHALLENGED!

We need to fight back against the 218 federal judges Mitch crammed down our throats. Many of them the American Bar Association stated were unqualified. Time to fight back and take our courts and our country back. youtube.com/watch?v=w6zSWkte…

Unless Harris packs the court (Biden already said he won't because he's always been a Blue Republican)

We should worry less and make stacking the court a top priority after what we just saw happen! Right in front of our eyes trump giving ACB the wink wink, and she in fully on board! She’s going to CORRECT current translation of constitution! #thinkAlanDershowitz @marwilliamson

Yes when I was growing up I was taught the Supreme Court was not political but rather ethical, and educated

If the “wonderful thing” is patently unconstitutional it needs to be smacked down. And so do the politicians and legislators who proposed it and voted for it. It’s easy enough to propose and pass constitutional “wonderful things”...

Times have changed and we must too. For the better. There need to be additional voices that represent everyone. It’s no crime to embrace our living constitution and grow it into what it was meant to be. Inclusive and fair.
