I’m less angry about Amy Barrett’s placement on the SCOTUS than I am deeply sad. Her presence on the Court will obstruct freedoms that many of our ancestors have fought and died for. I hope her radical views will be the dissenting and not the majority opinion in case after case.

I hope we will have few cases go to court because Congress will do its damn job and pass laws compliant with the Constitution. Or amend it! That a law wasn't passed for same sex marriage rights, that the court had to make it up, is an embarrassing failure.

MW, you are a sorry, sad case, delivering fiction, gossip & rumors for which you have no basis, no fact. You have transformed yourself into a total failure.

Which freedoms are those? There are ways to keep most of the things you cherish. Pass laws at the state level where most of this stuff belongs.

Radical views? You've lost all context.

You have no idea how she will rule in cases brought to the Supreme Court.

Well do u really think she was passed through because of your thoughts. She was passed through because she's just like Mitch & Trump.......

I don’t see why this is sad. She is a well educated attorney and a proven judge. Sticking to the laws that are put in place is not a bad thing. It you don’t like the laws....elect new lawmakers. It’s really that simple.

Why make assumptions? Let's see how she judges once in court. Praying for EVERYONE's unbiased, fair and common sense judgment in SCOTUS.

Like what? What freedoms will Justice Barrett take away? Stop w/ the vague political talking points & be specific. If you can’t, then you’re a fraud like all the others.

But she will protect the second so I’m good.
