I’m less angry about Amy Barrett’s placement on the SCOTUS than I am deeply sad. Her presence on the Court will obstruct freedoms that many of our ancestors have fought and died for. I hope her radical views will be the dissenting and not the majority opinion in case after case.

My ancestors didn’t fight and die for Obamacare mandates or abortion on demand.

I’m sad too. She’s not just on the right, she’s part of the radical right.

These appointments are bogus. It never should have been gorsuch, kavanagh is an unqualified entitled jerk, and barrett is an ideologue that should never have been named. SCOTUS has been permanently invalidated. Everything he touches is corrupted.

No, I think you should be angry. Use it to fuel you.

What radical views does she have? Be specific

I am saddened low the right will go for a nominee. A judge for 3 yrs, average law student, only qualification is her ultra conservative positions. What a legal lightweight, a far cry from Thurgood Marshall or other jurists who established themselves LONG before their nomination.

The Supreme Court now seems like a joke, it’s the end of one of our most hallowed institutions

If she is the deciding vote in overturning Roe v wade & taking away healthcare from millions... I fully support the Dems adding more judges to the supreme court if they win back control of the WH & Senate.

With ACB, the SCOTUS loses all legitimacy. If Dems win we have no choice but to do democratic reforms; the institution is deeply undemocratic and looks nothing like the country it rules over.
