Are we not acting like frogs in boiling water? First they demonized the press & said the news is all fake. Then they said the press is the enemy of the people. Now they just walk out on interviews. Only the most naïve among us don’t realize they have it in them to shut it down.

No I haven’t at all. But as corrupt as it is at times, we can’t give up on the realization that a free society can’t exist without a free press.

I agree...but if they don't walk out on the press we both agree is corrupt, what else do you suggest they do? Just sit there and take it?

Lesley Stahl was not being corrupt in that interview. She was just asking tough questions he didn’t want to answer. She was reading his own words back to him and he was denying that he said them. So he walked out...

I've got lots of tough questions I'd love Trump to answer, but they're never asked, because the media are interested in asking only from their own point of view. To me, that's corruption. And it destroys their credibility, which makes it easy for Trump to undermine them.
