It’s an odd psychology that makes people resist giving $1000/mo to hard-working citizens to buy what they need, yet be OK with billions/yr given as subsidies to industries already making huge profits destroying the planet so that a tiny group of people can buy whatever they want.

The sounds like money from a money tree. Billionaires give people $1k and even more per month through jobs.

It's not "odd," it's "old." Psychologically speaking, society never outgrew the need for royal families to rule us. We think we shed a King in the 1700's, but we only replaced Royalty with a different type of venerated oligarch to rule over us.

That tiny group is beyond “buying whatever they want.” They simply hoard money. How could they be special if everyone had enough?

LoL, it's not psychology it's inflation and the devaluation of their money. These aren't concepts one would expect you to understand.

Debts are sold by 0.01 of price to debt collector, but not to the debtor.

It’s not an odd psychology that makes people despise government help for others. It is an ingrained ideology/mythology.

Working class whites have accepted their place in the economic hierarchy. Tax money to big corps (job creators) is both accepted & praised. Their only priority is preventing $ from going to those they perceive as 'lower' than themselves (minorities, 'welfare queens,' etc.)
