For those of you who don't believe in the power of prayer or meditation, this isn't for you so please don't mock. For those of you who do I suggest we all pray fervently as we move towards election day and beyond. Let's surround the election with the light of an unshakable peace.

My opinion on prayer: Even atheists pray. Prayer and meditation are the same. They are expressions of hope when we no longer know what to do.

Thank you for this suggestion, Marianne. A long-time meditator, I began praying daily only a few years ago. I see and feel the difference adding this connection to God, (however you see the divine creative force), has made. Every day I go out into the world centered, grateful.

My favorite tweet of yours involved the dialectic need for love and good policy...how the two are necessary for a better relationship with humankind. You said it more beautifully, of course, but I truly see how important they both are. Adinah loves you 馃挄
