A child who is forcibly separated from his or her parents has been kidnapped. The person or institution that kidnapped him or her is a criminal. The president who defends such an action is unworthy of the minimum moral standard we should associate with the job.

Americans get the same inhumane treatment through family court, it just isn't as seen because they hide the cages in this contractual kidnapping. THE US is inhumane in many areas when they ignore the constitution and instead make the state the owner of the offspring. Theft !!

Please educate yourself on child trafficking along the border. Trump was telling the truth. These children are brought in by cartels & human traffickers. Hope they can find their REAL parents, but it may be difficult, especially for the toddlers who may not remember their parents

What about all the legal Americans that have been arrested while with their children? When the police seperate a child from the parent, to take the adult to jail for breaking the law, Is that kidnapping? Does that only apply when the people in question are not legal citizens?

I’m tired of the argument that Obama built the cages. It is cruel and inhuman to take a child from their parents and not give them back. It is a misdemeanor to come into this country illegally

A child whose parents don’t come back to get them from where they left them is called a dead beat and the child is called ABANDONED by their parent!!!

And largely the separation began long before they hit U.S. soil. Funny, that you don't care about these children then.

This is just one of the many criminal acts our so-called president has committed.
