1/ I hear two things touted as reasons to vote for Trump: “The economy is good” (pre-pandemic) and “he hasn’t started any new wars.” But...

2/ Even pre-pandemic 40% of Americans couldn’t afford $400 unexpected expenditure. You can’t call that GOOD. ‘17 $2T tax cut gave $.83 of each dollar to richest corporations & individuals. You can’t call that GOOD. All prescriptions for/ maintainers of enormous income inequality.

3/ Re “he hasn’t started any new wars,” his Pentagon budget this year alone was $760 Billion. They’re not using that to go around the world building peace parks! They don’t have to be “starting new ones” to be continuing the reign of American militarism (both parties on that one)

1) get a job that pays better, barista jobs are for college students, they should not be career moves. 2) having a strong military to give a free nation security with few to no lives lost is a far better choice than war.

I’m pretty sure that the enlisted personnel agrees with me that there is a big difference between increasing the military budget and sending them to fight needless wars for corporate interests. Just saying. #WarIsAracket

If voting is meant to keep people accountable, how should we keep Joe Biden and co accountable for voting for the war in Iraq which cost 100s of thousands of lives and trillions of dollars?

Yes you're right on all counts ... you don't have to start a war to spend money on defense ... just keep adding new and incredibly expensive weapons systems ... and give the old ones to the Police ...

You may have missed the Democrat Convention but it was headlined by Republican neocons... the guys who love to start wars. Biden himself loves to start wars and hangs out with real Nazis to foment regime change. Pretending that Biden is somehow better on peace is lying.
