The point is they knew early-on it was coming, and asymptomatic (email 2) - and likely already here. You take precautions as soon as possible - not after thousands have died. What Dems are saying it's over? Are they the ones mask-less?
She has a right to do what she thinks best protects her constituents. It's a ruling and can be contested.
We were told masks were 4 medical workers. Gloves were hard to find. PPE was being used up, & improperly reused by medical staff. We were tragically unprepared. At some point later we were told to use bandannas/scarves. Surgical masks/face shields 4 the public were not mentioned.

That's what courts are there for in part - to settle disputes and differences. The political parities are a vicious duopoly and are tearing us apart. That court decided along party lines. She was doing what the science said was best. That is her job. $/parties OUT of politics.

No, there were never stockpiles of PPE -- multiple past administrations failed in that regard (to uphold recommendations). Apparently some are still short. Did you see video of medical staff from many states showing how they are reusing PPE & short of supplies? Check online.
No, IMO his problem was being more concerned with the stock market (he said as much)/whatever else. His lack of appropriate response failed us, and that is his greatest mistake. 200,000+ families will agree. Read my emails 1, 2** and go to "Humanity's Abyss..." for more on this.
