I’m not anti-capitalist; I think the most enlightened society has aspects of capitalism & socialism. But we’ve drifted into a virulent strain of capitalism, with no ethical or moral responsibility to people or planet. It will correct that, or a generation will storm the Bastille.

I like the term Sustainable Capitalism. We’ve allowed the concept of shareholder value to be more important than morality or humanity. CEOs will think they have cover or a moral pass just cause their competitors do something and then it’s all a race to the bottom

I generally agree, a market based system seems good at some things such as breeding innovation, but a) it should not be relied on for things people need to survive (this where socialism comes in) b) too much concentration of wealth and power should be avoided for (a) to remain
