Those for whom freedom isn't gift enough will devour their neighbor as a human right. The proper response to "we demand ice cream" is not to give them ice cream, but teach them to make it or trade for it. Simplest lessons in life, not available in public schools.

Medicine, planes, iphones, jeans, t-shirts, burgers, gum, cars, the internet, computers, the slinky, silly putty ....

As a system, capitalism doesn't mean everyone has capital - much like in a socialist system, not everyone is a socialist. If capitalism oppresses those who are capital-less, how do you suppose socialism treats those who aren't socialists?

In a truly capitalist world people interact with one another through voluntary association. A capitalist/voluntaryist world allows for all types of communities including communist and socialist. Yet a socialist/communist world appears to have no room for capitalist communities.

Are they saying that on their iPhones? Their Apple Macs? While eating the cheapest food that has ever existed and wearing new clothes every day? Maybe they should visit places that aren't as well off and do a compare and contrast or is that beyond them as well?

One thing Ive noticed that people that advocate for socialism lack is RESOURCEFULNESS.

They are also saying that socialism would be a better system.

Socialism only guarantees poverty for all. Capitalism offers opportunity to those willing to take it.
